Terms and Conditions

1.  Shoot and coverage will dont by team Hamza in The quality and standard will be maintained.

2.  Travel charges outside Islamabad & Rawalpindi will be charged.

3.  Booking will be made only on a 50% advance payment.

4.  In case of cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable. In case of a change in dates, 25% of the total amount will be charged.

5.  We expect a respectful and friendly environment during the coverage. Any offensive or uncomfortable comments will lead to halting the coverage.

6.  We try our absolute best to cover the event in the best way possible, but we expect you to help us identify the important guests; otherwise, the team will not be held responsible.

7.   We are punctual, and we expect the same from you and other vendors working at your event.

8.   If the client gives permission to post photos on social media and later requests their removal, a charge of PKR 5,000/- per post will apply.

9.   To avoid miscommunications, we expect you to be clear and honest about your event details so we can engage the right amount of people to cover your wedding.

10.  We will keep the data for delivery for 3-4 months after the event. After that, the data will be deleted.

11.   If the cost of the product increases, the client will be notified beforehand and must collect their items before the price change. If there is any delay or issue from the client’s side, they will be responsible for paying any additional charges incurred.
